The Ente Formativo Calzaturiero of the Marche (EFC) is the new project by Accademia Holding Moda, in collaboration with Valmor, located in the municipality of Civitanova Marche and accredited by the Marche Region for the professional training of specialized artisans in the high-end footwear manufacturing sector.

The project was created with the aim of training specialized professionals in the production of high-quality footwear and addressing the generational gap in roles aligned with Made in Italy standards, based on excellence, innovation, and sustainability.

EFC serves as a training center for new professionals ready for employment, aiming to integrate them into career paths within HModa Group manufacturing facilities and other regional and national enterprises.
